Ravioli with Herbed Walnut Sauce recipe

Ingredients:

1 lb of cheese ravioli.
¼ cup of butter.
¾ cup of walnuts, coarsely chopped.
3 cloves garlic, minced.
1 cup of dry white wine.
¼ cup of parsley, freshly chopped.
1 tablespoon of rosemary, freshly chopped.
Salt and pepper, to taste.

Directions:

Cook the cheese ravioli as directed on its packaging. Drain.

In a large heavy skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.

Add the chopped walnuts and sauté for 2 minutes or until golden.

Add the garlic; sauté for 30 seconds.

Add the dry white wine and simmer for about 2 minutes until slightly reduced.

Add the chopped parsley and chopped rosemary; simmer for 1 minute.

Add ravioli and gently toss to coat with the sauce.

Season with salt and pepper.

Serve.
